OVERVIEW
The Men’s CRD program provides a structured environment for men to grow in faith, responsibility, and brotherhood through the study of God’s Word and daily discipleship.
Through this Christ-centered process, men find freedom from life-controlling issues and learn to walk as new creations in Christ.
“Old things have passed away; behold,
all things have become new.”
— 2 Corinthians 5:17

Program phases
The Men’s CRD program is a 12-month residential program developed in 3 progressive phases, each designed to build biblical understanding, spiritual maturity and personal responsibility.
Each phase builds upon the last — leading men
from surrender to stability to service.
Basic Phase 1
(2 Months)
A highly structured and disciplined beginning. Students complete a Biblical Foundations study, maintain a daily work routine, and learn to live without distractions such as phones, computers, or other electronic devices.
Basic Phase 2
(4 Months)
A period of deeper growth and leadership development.
Men continue in Bible study and gain responsibility through serving others. During the final month of this phase, each student creates a
Transition Plan — outlining how they will continue walking with Christ after graduation.
Transition Phase
(6 Months)
The final stage emphasizes applying faith in everyday life.
Students secure employment, practice stewardship, and remain accountable as they reintegrate into the community.
This season equips men to stand firm as honest,
trustworthy servants of God.
Completion
Upon fulfilling all program requirements and completing their Transition Plan, each student receives a Certificate of Completion from CRD — marking their growth into maturity and service.
The Foundations of Transformation
Bible Study
Transformation begins through daily engagement with Scripture.
Men participate in Bible studies, devotionals, and regular church attendance — renewing their minds and grounding their identity in Christ.
“Do not conform to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind...”
— Romans 12:2
Manual Labor
Each man contributes through hands-on service and daily work projects. Labor develops discipline, humility, and teamwork —reinforcing the biblical principle that honest work honors the Lord.
“The craving of a sluggard will be the death of him, because his hands refuse to work.”
— Proverbs 21:25
Discipline
A disciple is a disciplined one.
Residents learn obedience and spiritual maturity through correction, accountability, and guidance — developing the character of Christ through daily practice.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”
— Colossians 3:23
Tobacco Policy
CRD is a non-smoking, tobacco-free environment.
No tobacco products, nicotine patches, or vaping devices are permitted at any time during enrollment.
